We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Online Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This introductory role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in ecommerce and digital. The Junior Online Apprentice will play a crucial role in all areas of the website platforms and our digital presence.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Order Processing: Handle order processing from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Marketing: Working to a marketing plan across all Ecommerce platforms and social media
- Product Listing: Designing, creating, proofing and publishing product listings
- Business Administration: Assist in various business administration tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
Potential of permanent employment upon successful completion of apprenticeship.
About the Training
Multi-channel Marketer Level 3.
As part of your apprenticeship, you will be required to attend class sessions with Sheffield College once per week via Microsoft Teams.
