About the Role
The Sales Support has the responsibility of assisting customers and the sales team on a day-to-day basis with long-term job role progression within the business KEY OBJECTIVES 1. Supporting the sales team 2. Customer telephone order taking 3. Inputting customer orders 4. Customer Follow up calls
- Taking orders from customer over the phone, via email and trade counter and adding them onto our CRM system.
- Liaising with customer on courier issues.
- Customer call backs re stock issues.
- Arranging customer credits and returns.
- Database cleansing and imputing data to our CRM system.
- Arranging product information for customers and prospects.
Potential full time role for the suitable candidate.
About the Training
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administration Level 3 with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
