About the Role

Opportunity available within our busy Insurance Repair and Renovation Department as a Business Administration Apprentice dealing with enquiries from clients and customers via telephone, email or post.

Key responsibilities:

  • Database Management
  • Producing new claim documentation, sending out correspondence
  • Assisting with timesheets allocation/submissions
  • Archiving files
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Locating files

This apprenticeship is a fixed term apprenticeship for the duration of the apprenticeship, this vacancy for the right candidate could lead to full time and permanent employment.

About the Training

This is a work based programme which means that predominantly, your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours.

We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you can attend in person at our Derby Road campus or online using Microsoft Teams. These workshops are carefully designed to support the learning required throughout the apprenticeship programme.
