About the Role
The Nottinghamshire Training Group are seeking a dynamic, ambitious and driven candidate to fulfil an exciting vacancy for new apprenticeship recruitment. Successful applicants will become an important team member and will be instrumental in growing the organisation through the recruitment of new learners and businesses.
Successful applicants will work closely with our Business Support Leader and Careers and Recruitment Officer to recruit new businesses and apprentices in our areas, including Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, and Derbyshire.
The successful applicant will be involved in social media marketing, customer service and sales tasks, general admin/reception duties and fundamentally be trained into the role to a proficiency that they will eventually lead new recruitment initiatives and onboard new businesses that work with us for their apprenticeship training.
Successful applicants will expect to be retained in full-time employment after they have completed their apprenticeship and continue their professional development and training in other fields such as management, sales, IAG.
About the Training
The successful applicant will:
- Undertake the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship (City & Guilds)
- Complete any Functional Skills maths, English, ICT requirements
- Undergo a full DBS
- Will undertake numerous online learning courses in Business Skills and Health & Safety
- Have the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Award in Information, Advice and Guidance
- Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date
