About the Role

Are you into tech and love solving problems? Want to start a career in IT but not sure where to begin? We’ve got you covered! What you’ll learn: Support users and fix real-world IT problems. The basics of infrastructure, cyber security, software, and communication systems. How to work in a professional IT environment to grow your confidence.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their tech issues over the phone and through our ticketing system. Don’t worry—you won’t be thrown in at the deep end!

You’ll work closely with our experienced IT team, learning the ropes and building your skills every day.

About the Training

The training schedule is made up of remote learning sessions, assignments, and classroom-based study.
