Mowbray Manufacturing are looking to extend their excellent team by recruiting an Apprentice to help their busy team.

As a Business Support/Customer Service Apprentice, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • General office duties, administration, customer service enquiries;
  • Assist in the postal room
  • Chase up quotes and log sales information
  • Build business relationships by telephone and explain our products and role in the market
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with website management
  • To request written quotes from suppliers for materials to be delivered to our premises;
  • The use of relevant software packages
  • Assist with marketing campaigns

You’ll develop your skills alongside the management team and experienced admin workers, learning a variety of duties and supporting the whole business to grow. You’ll be taught and mentored by people who are well versed in academia, to achieve your full potential and share in the company’s success.

About the Training

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely and from one of their campuses, giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful Business/Customer Support Apprentice

Information about the company Woodware Repetitions is a well-established craft-based business that has been traditionally servicing the needs of tool makers in Sheffield and the United Kingdom for many years. In 2019, the business was taken over by the Mowbray Manufacturing Co Ltd and continues to trade from the original premises in Mowbray Street, Sheffield. The business specialises in the manufacture of hand tool handles, including turning tool handles, file handles, chisel handles and knife handles.
