About the Role
<p>Join Granada Glazing as a Manufacturing Operative Apprentice and gain hands-on experience within a busy production environment. You’ll support manufacturing processes, quality checks and daily operations while developing practical skills and completing a Level 2 apprenticeship with structured training and progression opportunities.</p>
- Supporting day-to-day manufacturing and production activities
- Assisting with the assembly and preparation of glazing products
- Operating basic machinery and tools under supervision
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Supporting stock movement and handling of materials within the production area
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of the production team to meet daily targets
- Reporting any faults, defects or issues to supervisors
- Taking part in apprenticeship training, reviews and development activities
- Willingness to commit to and complete the apprenticeship
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
- Able to work as part of a team in a production environment
Potential progression into a permanent role within the manufacturing or production team following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
About the Training
Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2.
Training will take place in the workplace alongside the job role, supported by off-the-job learning. The apprentice will complete structured learning activities, one-to-one sessions and regular monthly progress reviews throughout the apprenticeship.
