About the Role
Starting on 1st September 2025, we are offering a 21-month paid apprenticeship with the opportunity to gain a real insight into a key business area and contribute to delivering excellence for our customers. Motivation, enthusiasm and the ability to use your initiative are key, along with a strong desire to learn.
- The role is based in the St Leger Homes Customer Access Team helping to provide the best customer service support to both internal and external stakeholders. It is a busy team delivering a wide range of functions within the team.
- Dealing with front line telephone and other enquiries from tenants, stakeholders, and agencies
- Inputting data regarding tenants’ circumstances, ensuring details are always up to date
- Providing advice, signposting, and transferring tenants to other departments or stakeholders
- Working closely with staff from our various teams to provide positive and timely outcomes for tenants and other customers

- Although a permanent job cannot be guaranteed at the end of the apprenticeship, our Career Start Co-ordinators will support the apprentice to find a permanent position either within St. Leger Homes or elsewhere.

- Training will take place in the workplace and day release at Doncaster College.
