About the Role

Supporting the whole education recruitment administration process which will include candidate compliance. Unique School Solutions are a small and friendly team based in Manvers, Rotherham. We offer fantastic working conditions and great career progression.

  • Support the compliance manager on all aspects of candidate compliance
  • Bespoke administrative support to office staff
  • Responsible for sending and monitoring the return of all candidate documents
  • Responsible for requesting candidate work references
  • Responsible for following up candidate work references
  • Communicating with other office staff as to the progression of candidate compliance
  • Communicating directly with candidates on their compliance journey
  • Communicating with external organisations on the compliance journey
  • Responsible for the monitoring of candidate trainining matrix
  • Providing bespoke administration support on individual initiatives
  • Contributing to identifying and implementing improved processes
  • Recruitment Administrator
