About the Training

The Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with Total Training typically runs for 12–18 months and covers core admin skills, communication, customer service, and professional behaviours. Learners build confidence in tasks such as document management, data entry, handling enquiries, planning workloads and supporting projects. Training also develops problem-solving, organisation, time management and stakeholder communication. As they progress, apprentices take on more advanced responsibilities like managing office systems and improving processes, before completing a portfolio and preparing for their End Point Assessment, which includes a knowledge test, observation and professional discussion.
