About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available at Victory Design! Here you will be supporting a small team carrying out varied duties including reception cover, ordering of marketing samples, processing returns and general office support.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team 
  • Customer telephone order taking 
  • Inputting customer orders via online and email 
  • Assessing enquiries 
  • Taking card payments 
  • Liasing with customers on courier issues 
  • Arranging customer credits and returns

About the Training

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards a Level 3 Business Administration with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.

Structured in three seamless divisions we are involved in the sourcing and supply of sign making materials to the trade; sourcing, supplying and adapting digital imaging equipment to the trade mainly for outdoor durable applications.
