About the Role

This apprenticeship allows the opportunity to begin your career in a professional business setting, hands on with all aspects of clerical & office administration.  A level 3 apprenticeship is a nationally recognised qualification and may lead to a more senior full time permanent role within the Company, if available.

  • Provide administrative support to team members and our clients, including data entry and clerical tasks
  • Manage and organise files, ensuring that all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Support the organisation of meetings and events, including scheduling and coordinating logistics
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with procurement as needed
  • Ensure documents are fully completed and meet the business' compliance standards
  • Respond to emails in a clear and timely manner
  • This apprenticeship is an excellent stepping stone for anyone looking to build a career in business administration while gaining valuable on-the-job experience in a supportive setting

Progression:

  • Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship you will have gained a national qualification which is recognised throughout the industry and this may lead to a more senior full time permanent role within the company (where available)

About the Training

  • The training will take place at the work place and through online face to face delivery through Microsoft Teams
