  • As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will gain hands on experience supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
  • Below are some of the core tasks with us but as the business grows and adapts so will you
  • Sourcing ordering materials for contractors
  • Hiring / off hiring skips and plant machinery
  • Answering customer queries
  • Logging new calls
  • Support operations team with scheduling sub-contractors
  • Getting used to Microsoft office and becoming familiar with spreadsheets, project order forms etc.
  • Booking Hotels
  • Maintaining accurate records and using Microsoft office such as Word, Excel and Outlook to support administrative tasks

This is a successful business with a fantastic reputation that works to a tight schedule. They are looking for someone who can get there in a morning punctually (think about the location of the business and transport links), listen/learn and use their own initiative to quickly become a valued and productive member of the team.

About the Training

The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely and from one of their campuses, giving you the training and support you need to achieve the accompanying qualification.
