About the Role

This role will support colleagues daily, by managing emails and calendars, maintaining records, processing orders, supporting company activities and communicating with stakeholders. A week in this role is varied and busy, with no two days being the same. Priorities can change quickly and unexpected tasks can arise, so it is important to stay organised, adaptable and able to manage a range of responsibilities effectively.
This role requires a disciplined and organised individual to manage their time appropriately with competing priorities.
No specific path, but 2 of the last 4 people in this role have pogressed within the business through an apprenticeship, based on their skill set. 1 now manages the companies marketing and the other is the People Development Manager. Both of these people will be mentoring and guiding the successful applicant to success and hopefully growth within the business.

A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (15 months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include-

About the Employer
Trading for over 100 years, URM are the UK’s largest purchaser and recycler of waste glass.
With process plants in South Kirkby, Knottingley, Doncaster and Tilbury the Company processes around 1 million tons of raw product a year and recovers waste glass that is then used by glass manufacturers.
