About the Role

A fantastic opportunity to learn new skills. You’ll get involved in finance, HR, compliance, auditing, systems and day-to-day administration operations while gaining a recognised Business Admin Level 2 qualification.

You'll help to support the operations and compliance of our children’s homes and supported accommodation, helping with company systems, finance, HR, safer recruitment, audits, records and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with the team to keep processes organised, support quality and compliance, and gain a real understanding of how care services are safely and effectively operated.

We are looking for someone with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths, ideally at Grade 4 or above. However, we are flexible and will consider applicants based on their attitude, willingness to learn, organisation and enthusiasm for developing a career in business operations and compliance. No previous business experience is required.

This apprenticeship is designed to be the start of a long-term career with us. On successful completion, there is the opportunity to progress into a permanent role within our back-office team, developing a career in business operations and compliance. As you gain experience, and the company grows, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility across areas such as compliance, quality, HR, finance, auditing and business operations.
