About the Role
<p>Your role will be to provide support to a local Specialist Civil Engineering / Construction company that covers all aspects of ground working across various sectors. Due to the nature of the work and sites involved, this role would ideally suit candidates 18yrs old and above.</p>
Your role will be to provide support to the following sectors of the business:
- Prepare the site with drainage solutions
- Prepare the site with foundations
- Prepare the site with sub-surface
- Prepare the site with utilities trenches/channels
- Pour concrete and lay various types of slab surfaces
- Other related duties to support the day-to-day operations of the ground working team
Whilst the company is based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, this role will involve travel to various sites across the UK and will often involve nights away throughout the working week. Transport to and from the job will be provided.
Exposure to the construction or civil engineering industries is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
Own transport to Highgrounds Court, Worksop S80 3FN to begin working at our Head Offices would be advantageous. However, in most cases, it will be possible to be picked up en route to sites throughout the UK.

Full In-house training provided along with day release at North Notts College (RNN Group).
