About the Role
Are you looking to turn your passion for IT into a career? We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Rotherham as a Technical Apprentice. You will serve as first-line support for customers, addressing any queries or issues they may have, plus more.
- Efficiently operate and control ICT infrastructure, including physical and virtual hardware, software, network services, and data storage
- Serve as first-line support for customers, addressing any queries or issues they may have
- Perform general warehouse duties, including stock management, hardware handling, and inventory tasks
- Utilise infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure components
- Prioritise systems support tasks while monitoring and maintaining system performance
Numerous routes of progression throughout the business.
About the Training
- Level 3 IT Solutions Technician (Data Technician) apprenticeship standard qualification delivered via virtual learning platform sessions
- With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coach and our learning platform "Aptem" complete learning on program
- IT Vendor training will also be provided
