About the Role
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprentice. You will support solution design process in terms.
Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]:
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements to enable development of software to support specific projects.
- Model and document processes to demonstrate opportunities for improvement, and highlight gap between as-is and to-be.
- Collaborate with wide range of stakeholders via workshops, interviews and job shadows to understand current working practices and identify problems/opportunities for improvement.
There is potential career progression within the Business Analyst role, and as Etio is a small company there are likely to be other opportunities within the organisation over time, but nothing can be guaranteed as it will depend on the individual and their fit for any future opportunities as well as the future growth of the business through new business opportunities.
