- Setting up and maintaining computers, software, and networks.
- Providing first-line support for technical issues.
- Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems.
- Understanding cybersecurity basics and data protection.
- Recording and tracking IT support requests.
- A strong interest in technology and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic IT knowledge (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills.
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
