- Travelling to clients to deliver quality ICT support
- Providing information and guidance on ICT matters
- Carrying out fault-finding and problem solving
- Managing security, storage and backup of systems
- Routine IT maintenance
- Disaster recovery and network maintenance
- A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential due to the nature of the role
- A passion for computers and ICT (previous qualification eg GCSE or A-level in ICT or related is preffered, or skills outside of school eg building computers, programming etc)
- Very strong communication and social skills, and confidence with communicating via phone
- Good English and maths skills
- Very enthusiastic with a desire to learn; not shy about getting stuck in
