You will be working alongside two other experienced and friendly Childminding Assistants, supporting the day-to-day running of the setting. Duties will include helping with daily activities, meal times, play sessions, and school drop-offs and pick-ups.

Childminding Assistant – Sheffield S20
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established Childminding setting in Sheffield (S20 area). We are looking for an apprentice already or willing to work towards Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification, to join our friendly team.
Our setting has been providing a home-from-home childcare experience for over 20 years. We are seeking a caring, reliable, and passionate individual who enjoys working with children and supporting their development in a nurturing environment.
You will be working alongside two other experienced and friendly Childminding Assistants, supporting the day-to-day running of the setting.
Duties will include:
- Helping with daily activities
- Meal times
- Play sessions
- School drop-offs and pick-ups
The successful candidate will have the option to progress onto Early Years courses.
About the Training
The apprenticeship will take place at the workplace.
The delivery will be a hybrid model with face-to-face visits and online sessions.
