Early Years Apprenticeship

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Level 3 Early Years Apprentice who is ready to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility within the nursery.
You will work closely with qualified practitioners, support children’s learning and begin developing key-worker skills as part of your training.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Support children’s development in line with the EYFS
- Assist with observations and learning records
- Support daily routines, activities and transitions
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Work in partnership with colleagues and parents
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience with children (preferred)
- Commitment to completing the Level 3 qualification
- Passion for early years education
- Team player with a nurturing approach
- Understanding of safeguarding (training provided)
Passing am Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Once Qualified as An Early Years Educator you could progress to:
Room Leader
Manager L5
About the Training
On the Job training will be in the work place whilst working as an apprentice, supporting the children between the ages of 0 and 5 years old. You will attend Online Masterclass once per month and will have ongoing support and meetings from your skills coach and employer/mentor
