About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our production department. The position requires competence in general workshop skills although full training will be given. The successful candidate will be part of a team and there is opportunity for personal advancement and career progression.
- Assembly and manufacture of specified equipment
- Plastic welding
- Minor electrical and plumbing / pipework
- Mechanical assembly
- Dispatching and receiving goods
- Ensuring all health and safety is adhered to at all times
- Ensuring that products are dispatched according to the schedule set by the Commercial Director
- Ensuring that all products are manufactured to the correct specification and in the correct
timescale - Ensuring all processes and ISO quality is adhered to at all times
- General housekeeping maintained
- CNC programming and operation
Potential full time position for the suitable candidate.
About the Training
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Engineering Operative Level 2, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
