About the Role

As an Apprentice Production Engineer, you will not only gain an experience in industry, but the ability to further your learning in some of the core skills needed for becoming an electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineer.. Your role will include building and testing various instruments from Radio TLC scanners to Radio HPLC detectors.

You will be joining our friendly and fun production office located on the Sheffield Business Park where we are responsible for the goods in and out, and production for LabLogic. 

Duties to include:

  • Building and testing instruments
  • Improving internal test procedures
  • Updating QA documentation
  • Supporting the R&D department
  • Supporting the Service department

Full time employment for the right candidate

About the Training

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry-specific competence. You will be expected to work towards Engineering Fitter Level 3, with support from your employer and Chesterfield College.

As part of the apprenticeship you will also study towards the Level 3 diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
