About the Role
You will promote independence with personal care & activities of daily living, mobility practice & encouraging participation in physical exercise programmes & therapy plans working alongside registered professionals.
It is essential for this role to be a car driver and have use of a car.
- Support Service users with personal care activities
- Assist clinicians in preparing care plans
- Develop and maintain meaningful theraputic relationships
- Treat everyone with respect and dignity
- Follow care plans
- Assist with moving and handling of service users
- Recording interactions with service users
If you do not hold maths or English GCSE at grade 4 or above a assessment will be carried out as part of the recruitment process to ensure you are working at a a sufficient and safe level for the role.
Must be a car driver with access to a car.
DBS will be carried out as part of the recruitment process.
Progression into a Senior Healthcare Rehabilitation Support Role - Paid at Band 3 (salary increase).

Training will be delivered blended - mixture of face to face and online delivery.
