About the Role
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Multi-Channel Marketer - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Assist with managing and growing UYR Ltd's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) by creating engaging posts, scheduling content
- Social Media Management: Assist with managing and growing UYR Ltd's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) by creating engaging posts, scheduling content, and interacting with followers.
- Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to produce creative content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, for use across multiple channels.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of social media and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to help inform marketing strategies and ensure UYR Ltd stays ahead of the curve.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates to increase UYR Ltd's visibility and engagement on social platforms.
- SEO and Web Presence: Support the optimisation of UYR Ltd's website and overall online presence, ensuring it is search engine friendly and driving traffic effectively.
- Email Marketing: Help design and distribute email newsletters, manage subscriber lists, and evaluate the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.
- 90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

- Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship
- Principles of Coding (BCS KM1)
- Marketing Principles (BCS KM2)
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ)
Tools and technologies learned: Apprentices will learn to use Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, WordPress, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva, Powtoon, Moz, W3Schools, JDoodle and all the major social media networks.
