About the Role
Full training will be given, and this will be an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing UK manufacturing company with excellent long-term prospects for the right candidate. You will be answering the phone, greeting visitors, plus more.
We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a career in customer service/sales.
The role will involve:
- Answering the phone
- Greeting visitors
- Preparing sales quotations
- Chasing for customer feedback
- Liaising with our suppliers
- Learning and supporting key marketing strategies with our marketing manager
- Accompanying the sales and marketing team in Fastener shows and meeting with customers and learning all key aspects of our manufacturing business
The successful candidate on completion of their apprenticeship, providing suitable will be given a full-time position in our sales department with the opportunity to study further for a Sales Executive level 4 apprenticeship.
Minimum requirements would be a GCSE grade 4 or higher in maths and English, GCSE grade 4 of higher in Chemistry and or a language would be desirable but not essential and be fully proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
The ideal candidate would have a confident, outgoing personality, ideally enjoy maths as this is a key part of the position and have an interest in engineering.
If successful and suitable, the candidate will be given a full-time position in our busy sales department.
About the Training
- In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 2 Customer Service qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures
- Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
- You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
