About the Role
Working alongside our senior admin assistants, learning the role within the business in running a successful office
- Answering and directing phone calls to the relevant person (dealing with queries where possible)
- Answering emails and directing to relevant person (where required)
- Filing
- Preparing quotations/invoices
- Managing technician’s diary
- Booking in of jobs/quotation appointments
- Liaising with all members of staff throughout the business from the Director through to technicians when required.
Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon completion of apprenticeship. We would be looking to train the apprentice up to a good standard so that they may grow with our business as we expand.
About the Training
Working towards a Level 2 Customer service practitioner apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills in English and maths if required. Training to take place in the workplace & at Sheffield College
