About the Role
<p>As an Office Administrator Apprentice at 1st Horizon in Barnsley, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of a busy, professional office environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.</p>
• Being the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Planning and organising your own workload
• Processing staff expenses and managing fuel cards
• Maintaining internal stock (stationery, consumables, refreshments, etc.)
• Helping organise internal digital and physical storage systems
• Supporting housekeeping and office presentation
• Undertaking research tasks as required
• Assisting in the management of staff PPE and uniforms
• Maintaining equipment/asset records and helping with servicing/calibration schedules
• Organising staff accommodation and travel when required
• Managing shared inboxes
• General ad hoc administrative duties

About the Training
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
