Customer service practitioner (level 2)

<p>The Customer Service Level 2 Apprentice will help ensure every child and family enjoys a safe, fun and memorable visit to Tiny Town. You'll provide excellent customer service, support the daily running of the centre, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and create a welcoming environment.</p>

Customer Service Apprentice

The working week will cover 7 days on a rota basis, with the successful candidate working 4 or 5 days per week. Shifts will vary, including longer and half-day shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, including weekends and school holidays.
